What people ask before ordering
How much will my hosting cost at renewal?
The renewal price is shown next to the promotional price, on the plan page and in the cart, before you pay. The discount applies to the first year only.
Example on the Start plan: the first year is half price, then the full rate applies — about double the first invoice. The renewal price does not change as long as you keep the same plan, and we email you 30 days before each renewal date.
A 2 or 3 year commitment locks in the discounted price for the whole term. You can cancel at any time once your customer area is open, and the first 30 days are refunded without justification.
Is the migration of my site really free?
Yes, for a site under 30 GB, on our cPanel shared hosting, Managed WordPress and SSD VPS plans. Our technicians move your site, emails and databases with no downtime and no fee. Allow less than 24 hours after we receive your access details.
Can I change plan during the year?
Yes, by writing to our team: when upgrading, you only pay the difference pro rata for the remaining months. When downgrading, the new price applies at renewal.
Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal (card or PayPal balance) or bank transfer, chosen at checkout.
Where are your servers hosted?
In a data center in Europe, with backups replicated to a second site.
