Frequently asked questions
Can I install my own plugins?
Yes. You keep full WordPress administrator access, plus SFTP, WP-CLI and phpMyAdmin. No plugin is imposed and none is billed extra.
Three families are blocked because they duplicate the server or put it at risk: disk caching plugins, plugins that back up automatically to the same server, and scanners that launch looping tasks. Caching and backups are already handled upstream.
If a plugin is refused at installation, the list and the reason appear in your customer area, and our team suggests a compatible equivalent.
What happens if I exceed the included visits?
Nothing gets cut off. We email you at 80% of the limit and offer the next plan up, payable pro rata for the remaining months. An occasional overage is never billed.
What is the renewal price?
It is shown under each plan and in the cart: 490 MAD/year for WP Start, 990 MAD/year for WP Pro, 2,490 MAD/year for WP Agency. A 2 or 3 year commitment locks in the discounted price for the whole term.
